Meet our vet - Dr Carlos Megias Roman MRCVS

We thought we would take a moment to introduce the owner and heart behind Last Wishes Mobile Vet... Carlos.

Carlos is originally from a small village located within a national park in central Spain. He always had a passion for animals and knew he wanted to be a vet from a young age. He studied at University in Spain, and received academic scholarships to spend some study time in South America and Portugal.

After graduating in 2014, he then travelled to the UK and planned to stay for 6 months before moving to another country but he has been here ever since.

He is now settled in South Wales with his wife, children and Labrador. His hobbies (when he can manage to find any time!) include long hikes with the dog , animal watching (such as the Puffins at Skomer and other wildlife) and days out with the kids.

Even though some days at Last Wishes can be tough, he absolutely loves his job as he gets to support families when they need it most.
